All the outdoor spaces with different living areas are also to be experienced. Set in the garden of the house you will find a splendid private swimming pool capable of giving unforgettable moments of fun, romance and absolute relaxation. To experience the conviviality of the structure, guests will have at their disposal various equipped kitchens, both internal and external, wood-burning ovens and barbecues. Once through the entrance gate you will be welcomed into the green garden in the center of which there is the large pool that will guarantee you refreshment and tranquility during your holidays. The house will embrace you immediately in the large patio, an area to be enjoyed both day and night with the possibility of having lunches and dinners outdoors but also of sitting on sofas, deckchairs and armchairs which, according to your needs, will transform the liveability of spaces. Always outdoors, but made comfortable by a brick floor, there is the large barbecue area with tables and seats served by a large parasol with outdoor kitchen equipped, as well as an oven and brazier, also with a two-basin sink, oven five burners, refrigerator and more. The interior, on the other hand, opens onto a comfortable lounge with an adjoining dining room in the center of which you will find a stone fireplace. A marble staircase will lead you to the upper floor. In the lounge there is a raised relaxation area with sofa and low table. Very characteristic are all the furnishings of the house with wicker objects and light pine woods. The location is really ideal for those who want to treat themselves to a holiday 3 minutes by car from the sea and 10 minutes by bike from the beaches. It is possible to make day trips to the Pontine islands, considered among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. There are six islands: Gavi, Zannone, Palmarola, Ventotene, Santo Stefano and the largest, Ponza, from which the archipelago takes its name. Magnificent islets, where fishing and crystal clear waters are always protagonists. Near the Villa you can visit the source of Lucullus or the cave of the Capre or, again, the villa di Domiziano. On a naturalistic level, on the other hand, the National Park of Circeo and the Gulf of Gaeta stand out.
