ED Refnr. 2769095 The house is in an exclusive holiday residence park in the beautiful Kurhessisches-Bergland, the homeland of the Grimm Brothers. The park is right by one of the cleanest swimming lakes in Hessen. Cars only have limited access to the park, only for loading and unloading. You are allowed to drive your car as far as the house. Plenty of parking spaces are available in the park. We completely renovated the house in 2012 with attention to detail, so you will feel comfortable as a guest. During the renovation, we also took account of ecological and energy concerns. A superior holiday home is now available to you. It has three bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe and flatscreen TV, a cosy living room with a sofa bed, large dining corner, satellite TV and a fireplace stove, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and Senseo machine. There is a shower room with a WC and a separate en-suite WC. Firewood is supplied, please enquire. Wi-Fi is available. Our terrace facing south is scarcely overlooked and affords an idyllic view into the forest. A grill and terrace furniture are available. There is no tourist tax for children up to 6 years old. You can shop at our village shop and in Frielendorf (1.5km). You can hike, swim and cycle here to your heart’s content. The lake Silbersee has two beaches, of which one is monitored by DLRG during the season, as well as several hiking, mountain biking and cycling trails. For children of all ages, our holiday park offers a range of recreation. You can try the wellness paradise with a swimming pool, slide and sauna landscape, the outdoor climbing park, beach volleyball and basketball, a skating alley, a minigolf course and a great summer luge with a big adventure playground, a small animal zoo, children’s quad driving, a giant trampoline and so on. In the meantime, parents can relax in the beer garden. And should it rain, well we even have a solution for that: Friloland is a big indoor playground for children, right by the holiday park.
