Heulwen Merch is situated just less than 100 yards from Trearddur main beach and about the same for the 'Sea Shanty' Bar/restaurant. With beaches, cafes and restaurants just a stone's throw away the location is perfect. It’s also a great base to explore all of what Anglesey has to offer! The modern, clean, light and airy interior will not disappoint. Families are well catered for with most, if not all of your needs covered. Parking for 1 car is allocated and space for additional cars is available in Mariners Court. Positive feedback always welcome x Ground floor Consists of a decent sized double bedroom, a kids bedroom with 1 x full sized bunk beds and 1 x 3/4 sized bunk beds. There is also a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. First floor Open plan lounge and dining room leading into a new kitchen. The lounge has French style doors which open onto a small balcony. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Top floor The master bedroom comprises of a king sized bed and glimpses of the sea and Holyhead mountain from the velux window. There is also an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet. Driveway There is parking for one car with the option of parking another car immediately behind it as well as further additional visitor spaces in Mariners Court (whcih is a private road) situated less than 20 meters from the house.
