Within a large private property, in a quiet and green residential area, Villa Castel, a large and beautiful 1900 Belle Epoque style residence with breathtaking views of La Pape Island, presents the Pavilion Room. Ideally located, the house is 10 minutes from the City Hall of Lyon, the Cité Internationale, Part-Dieu, the PERICA activity area of Rillieux and near motorway exits. For more calm and independence, and, located in the heart of a 7800 m² wooded park, the Pavilion Room is on the 1st floor of a pretty 80 m² pavilion, 50 m from the main building, in the same property. Carefully decorated, this large charming double room offers an adjoining bathroom with incorporated toilet. It should be noted that our Guest House has other rooms and suites available for rent, such as the La Pape, Florentine rooms and the La Pape and Pavillon Suites. Guests have access to the Pavilion where the Pavilion Room is located on the 1st floor. We offer our guests a French, organic, local and seasonal breakfast (direct organic producers), which takes place in the family dining room or outside when the weather permits; carefully prepared, it is made with fair trade and / or organic grand cru coffee and tea, organic pressed orange juice, fresh pastries and breads, organic jams and honeys from the region, butter and fresh cheeses in organic faisselle, and seasonal regional fruits. It is payable locally, at the price of € 5 per person per night. Guests have access to the entire large flower-filled garden with trees, as well as the tennis court and the heated seasonal swimming pool. WIFI Internet connection. Free parking on the property. Quality linens provided. Baby and extra beds available. Breakfast is payable locally, at the price of € 5 per person per night. Pets are accepted for the price of € 5 per night and per animal. Supplement per night and per person of 11 euros to be paid locally for cot, (child up to 2 years). Reception is from 4 p.m. to midnight. However, for arrivals before 4 p.m. and after 8 p.m., a supplement will be required. Departures are from 0 a.m. to 11 a.m., depending on individual needs. We are present in the property during the stay of our guests. We are happy to give our guests directions and information concerning the sites to visit and the best restaurants in Lyon, but also the sites to discover around Lyon such as the village of Pérouges or the Beaujolais. Besides French, we also speak English and Russian. Public transport: - direct access from downtown Lyon by bus lines 171 and C5 - 6 min by train from Crépieux-la-Pape station to Part-Dieu station (every day during the week, mornings and evenings)
