Casa Rosamaria.

Casa Rosamaria is a wonderful 120 year old italian farmhouse which has been well restored. It is set in the rolling hillside of Le Marche. The house has absolutely stunning views across to the mountains, from this great location within the 'golden triangle'. And yet it is in a peaceful and tucked-away location. Servigliano, an attractive and historic small town, is just 5 minutes away in the car. This has bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small shops and all that might be locally required. It is well placed for day trips to Macerata and Ascoli Piceno. It is also just an hour and a half from Assisi. It's a true Le Marche farmhouse.....with excellent facilities. These include its own 10M swimming pool and full size table tennis table, many outside eating and sitting areas and pergolas. Indoors there is a well-fitted kitchen and the whole house is tastefully furnished. The four bedrooms have comfortable beds - two of these are kingsized. One bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. There is also a family bath and shower room on the first floor along with a further shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Although there is a dining table in the main kitchen area, there is additionally to this, a dining room. This also has a good book selection! The sitting room has a log burner, comfortable sofas and TV. Santa Vittoria is ten minutes away with bars and restaurants. Beaches 35/40 mins away, offering many safe and enclosed swimming areas suitable for families. It is well placed for day trips to Macerata and Ascoli Piceno. It is also just an hour and a half from Assisi. The drive to Lake Fiastra is approx. three quarters of an hour and the ski areas likewise. Fermo, with it's famous late-night antique/craft market is 30 mins drive.
