The living room opens onto a terrace facing south. You will be able to appreciate the charm of the big garden of 1000m ² and the numerous games made available (petanque, badminton, bicycles, games of company ...). The outside and the laundry room are common areas with the semi-detached villa. The terrace is equipped with a private space. Cars will be parked inside the property. The linen is provided.
