It is within walking distance of the fish and chip shop, village shop & post office and pub. Bustling Burnham Market offers shops and excellent restaurants. Blakeney Quay and Morston for boat trips to the seal colony and Blakeney Point island. Beautiful sandy beaches at Brancaster, Hunstanton, Holkham and Wells. Places to visit include Norfolk Lavender at Heacham, Royal Sandringham Estate and museum, Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall. Fakenham, 10 miles, for horse racing, shopping centre, cafés and restaurants. Norwich, 1 hour’s drive, for theatre, castle museum, cathedral, shopping complexes, restaurants, pubs and cafes. Sailing at Burnham Overy and Brancaster Staithe. Up to one small dog only; a medium breed may be accepted by prior arrangement, but the property isn't big enough for large dogs. A heating supplement of £20 per week, £10 per short break October to end of March, is payable to the owner by cheque 2 weeks prior to arrival, cash on arrival if late booking.
