No need for a car at Woorim. Only an 11 minute walk to coffee shops, Surf Club, pub, IGA, BWS, parks, playgrounds skateboard park, patrolled surf beach, and golf club. Wildlife: Dolphins frolic at Woorim beach and kangaroos are sometimes visitors in the front yard. You might even spot turtles laying and hatching during breeding season! Your house: This beautiful three bedroom home has eye-catching high raked ceilings. It was refurbished in July 2021 with your perfect holiday in mind. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and direct access to the outdoor area. There are security screens throughout so you can leave the doors open and listen to the surf and enjoy the ocean breeze. The main bedroom has a private, cosy ensuite and the third bedroom has two single beds. There's an additional trundle bed and the sofa extends to a double bed. Large bathroom with shower and separate bath. The lounge has a huge smart tv, dvd player, and plenty of board games, books and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. Huge 8 seater dining table. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, huge fridge, and dishwasher. Lots of extras like wine coolers and picnic gear to ensure you have a great holiday or cook up a storm on the outdoor BBQ. All bedrooms and living area are fitted with high-powered ceiling fans. Large laundry. Double lock-up garage for your cars or use it as a games room, complete with table tennis table, outdoor yard games, boogie boards, and fishing gear. Bribie is very cycle friendly. You'll probably want to bring your bikes along, but if not, you'll find several pushbikes in the garage for your use. Room to park a boat. Relax on the sunlounges in the outdoor area or have a cold drink at the outdoor bar setting. Outdoor firepit. Your puppy: If you choose to bring your dog on holiday with you, you will discover dog paradise! The entrance to the Woorim leash-free dog beach is only a 6 minute walk away. Your pup can run and play and swim to its heart's content. There is also an on-leash dog beach a short walk away, dog-friendly cafes, and lovely walking paths. The yard is fully fenced and the house has hard floorcovering throughout. A great yard to play with your pup and an outdoor firepit to sit and watch the stars at night. More activities Get yourself a permit and take your 4Wheel Drive along the designated beach or take a short drive to the other side of Bribie for heaps of amenities and things to do. There's a cinema, Aldi, Woolworths, Target, The Coffee Club, The Butterfly House, McDonalds, Red Rooster, RSL, and heaps of dog-friendly cafes and lovely restaurants. The fantastic Sandstone Point Hotel is on your doorstep for an el fresco lunch or to attend one of their many events and concerts. Other things to note: Your dog is welcome inside but not in bedrooms or on furniture please. Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels. Doonas and pillows will always be provided.
