The house is located in south-eastern Sardinia, in the renowned tourist resort of Costa Rei, highly appreciated for its beautiful beaches. It is located just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet and peaceful area called Piscina Rei. On the beach in front of the house there is a diving activity with the possibility of renting equipment and boats of all types. The house has independent access and is located on the first floor of a villa, accessible by an internal staircase and divided in turn into two levels. On the first level there is a living room with kitchenette, a single or double bedroom (if necessary), a bathroom with shower and a large veranda suitable for outdoor dining. On the second level, reached by a spiral staircase, there is a large double bedroom with a large double bed to which two cots can be added if necessary for children up to four years. On the ground floor there is a comfortable outdoor shower. The house is equipped with all comforts (water reserve, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, microwave and washing machine) and everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
