For cyclists, the area offers numerous cycle trails including the Portreath to Devoran, taking you from north to south coasts along the old tram line, passing many old engine houses, a reminder of Cornwall’s tin mining heritage. The scenic coastal rail line from nearby St Erth, Lelant or Carbis Bay stations run right in to St Ives town, a great convenient way to get in to the town and harbour front.
