Casa Ilena C is a graceful apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Ilena C you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Ilena C is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Spello, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Ilena C from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Casa Ilena C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: linens and towels; electricity. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 30.00. Patio The patio is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, a gazebo and a swing. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Parking The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Living Room The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
