Petres is a 100 sq.m. modern villa located at the south of Crete island, in Mariou village, just a few minutes from the sandy beaches with stunning views of the Libyan sea and the surrounding landscape. The villa has a one-story layout. Entering the villa there is a large comfortable living room with a big corner sofa and dining table, a huge 55" TV set with a Netflix account, and great views of the swimming pool and the sea. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a double bed (King Size Bed 1,60 x 2,00) and the other with two single beds (0,90 x2,00) which can be made into a Queen (1,80 x 2,00) upon prior request, each with en suite modern bathroom. All areas are air-conditioned and covered by WiFi fast internet connection. On the exterior, there is a private heated (April till 15th of May-October-November) swimming pool (25 sqm, 1,40m depth) and outdoor furniture. The terrace and the swimming pool area offer incredible views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. There is space for 1 car to park in front of the residence. The village itself has a beautiful traditional tavern within walking distance to the villa while in just 3 km there is the famous tourist area of Plakias and its unlimited amenities and attractions. At the same distance, there are many famous sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, water sports facilities as well as various taverns, cafes, and bars. A car is considered to be essential.
