The system also controls the 20+ zone sounds system, all the lightings, and climate controls though out the property, the gate, intercom, and much more equipment. This $200k state-of-the-art system is the heart and brain of the Ironman Mansion just like the movies. *The fully custom pool house is heated via infrared heaters and cooled. The 3 large steal garage-style doors in the pool house can be fully opened via an oil-pressured hydraulics system, and the 10+ ft industry size fan above the pool house is the most perfect chandelier. Weddings at the Iron Mansion starts at $9999 plus a $550 cleaning fee, this will allow up to 50 guests on the property for the event. If additional guests are invited we can accommodate up to 85 at additional fees. For the event package we will pull an event permit, bring portable potties to our location as property is on septic tank, this includes, 2 night stay and free heating for the jacuzzi. You will also have access to our wedding section that is covered with 8000 sq ft of artificial turf and a large deck to say your vowels with the beautiful sunset as your backdrop! Please note: Main Living room fireplace is currently not working Guest Access: We will provide you with a one-time use code for the main gate. Once you get to the house you will find smart lock, your host will provide you with the code.
