You'll love this home's unbeatable and safe location that is right near the Inner Harbor, Convention Center, Orioles & Raven's Stadiums, Aquarium, Under Armour, Sagamore Distillery, Breweries, Fort Mchenry, & Great Restaurants/Nightlife/Bars. Ideal for families, groups, & business travelers. While walking in through the front door or back door of this beautiful home, you'll first notice the smart locks on either door that provide ease of use and convenience for checking in to the property, while also offering security throughout your stay with its built-in alarm system. After walking in through the front door you'll love the open floor plan with exposed brick and luxurious feel of the home's interior. You'll love the state-of-the-art kitchen that will allow you to cook an amazing meal for you, your family, or your friends after a long day of exploring Baltimore. The living room boasts a huge leather sectional couch accompanied by a 65" smart TV that is connected to a whole-home entertainment center. Perfect for movie nights and big games with your group while you're in town. Guest Bedroom #1 in the basement and Guest Bedroom #2 upstairs include beautiful decor that makes the rooms welcoming, warm, and inviting. Both of these guest rooms have two cozy queen beds each within. Be warned..these beds are extremely comfortable and will make it hard for you to get out of bed and start your day :-). Bedroom #3, The Master Bedroom, has a gorgeous his/her sink bathroom that includes a rainfall shower. It also boasts a cozy and comfortable king bed, 65" smart TV with Netflix, and huge walk-in closest. Last, but not least, you’ll find the access door to this homes' gorgeous and massive rooftop deck providing priceless breath-taking views of the Baltimore Skyline. The deck is the perfect spot for your group or family to spend an evening watching a beautiful Baltimore sunset. This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We do no allow parties and strongly suggest that all rowdy groups who are coming to town to celebrate life milestones strongly consider our neighbors when booking. Reports that do not align with the neighborhoods' quiet and family center may result in immediate removal of the property without a refund. We do not, under any circumstances host locals and will cancel reservations if a local guest reserves this home. Guest Access: You'll have access to the entire townhome, plus one off-street parking spot that can fit a compact to mid-size SUV size car. Additional street parking may be available nearby. Interaction with Guests: We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
