SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras on the front door and back porch in place for your protection and security. SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING house. WEATHER: Being on the coast the weather is unpredictable and tricky. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic. There are several pet-friendly rentals in the area that would love to host your family. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes allowed on a case by case basis. OTHER SAFETY: NO third party bookings.
