This extensive estate has so much for you to enjoy on your next coastal getaway. Situated directly beside the Earth Beer Company and avocado farm, there is plenty to do right here at home or only a few minutes drive to both Kingscliff and Casuarina beach, local shopping precinct, cafes and restaurants. The brewery offers delicious beer and food and only a few steps from your front door! An enormous wrap-around balcony is great for entertaining the whole family. Here you can cook up a feast on the BBQ, all whilst taking in the serenity of the red soil farmland, Mt Warning, and the sea. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware and features an electric cooktop, dishwasher, oven, fridge, butlers pantry, breakfast bar and ample bench space. Your open plan living area includes a large lounge suite, smart TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, 8 seater dining table and amazing views from wherever you are positioned. There are sliding bi-fold doors which open all the way across to ensure ocean breezes fill the property. There is a second living space perfect for the kids which is equipped with a smart TV and pull out sofa bed. There are 4 large bedrooms sprawled throughout the home which all feature ceiling fans and built in robes. Your master suite includes a King size bed, luxurious ensuite with bath tub and bi-fold sliding doors which open out to the spacious balcony. The views, breezes and privacy from this space makes you feel instantly relaxed. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 all feature a King size bed. Bedroom 4 consists of 2 Single size beds. These beds can all be split or conjoined together upon request. The main bathroom is fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Guests will have access to internal laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. The gorgeous backyard features a large inground swimming pool with built in basket ball hoop, fire pit, lounge chairs and daybeds. Undercover parking is available for up to six cars.
