You'll particularly love the Maple Finish cabinetry and wide range of stainless steel appliances, including a coffee machine with a choice of capsules and pods available. The stunning bedroom features a sumptuous queen-size bed swathed in white linens and soft pillows. You'll find table lamps and a wall mirror on the sides of the bed. The bathroom is equipped with towels and toiletries, and it also features a bathtub, towel rack, and a vanity cabinet with a mirror. Guest Access: There's a host of amenities & facilities within the apartment and the complex building. Our guests have access to a fitness center and aerobic room, interactive media room, internet cafe, and a private courtyard with lush landscaping. You'll also find a sparkling pool with a sundeck, recreation room, playground, and laundry facilities. We provide guests with a key fob to access the building. Failure to return the key fob after stay results in a $150 replacement fee. Please be sure to respect the community. By respecting the neighbors, lobby areas, and property around, your stay will be more enjoyable. No parties allowed, and no additional guests. We love animals, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or communal areas of the building. Guests need to log in to their accounts to use the streaming services. Breaking any of the rental rules, the guest is liable for a $500 fine and termination of the reservation without any refund and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
