You have a new modern fitted kitchen with all appliances, even a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The three bedrooms are all equipped with Queen Size beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, one of which is a double bed (on the ground floor). On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. All beds were fitted with very high-quality Bio Active mattresses. There is a large garden (> 800 m²) with a sun terrace where you can enjoy the radiant sun. The garden was completely closed off and is accessible through the house and through the 2 garden gates. At the back of the garden you can already see the dunes at a distance of 100 meters, which invite you for a nice walk through the dunes towards the sea and beach. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac and has ample parking. The costs of electricity, gas and water will be calculated in minus or plus according to your personal consumption, after deduction of your paid advance.
