Enjoy our beautiful villa in this peaceful area, with landscaped pool, private south facing garden with spectacular views across Luberon valley to Saignon. The Villa is smartly renovated with Luberon stone and tiled floors. Upstairs; one double bedroom, ensuite and balcony with stunning views. Ground floor: Living room; 2 leather sofas, TV and glass sliding doors to terrace. The spacious kitchen has stone surfaces, modern appliances, American fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, breakfast table and direct access through french doors to terrace with dining table for 8 for al-fresco dining and large Weber gas BBQ. Overlooking the pool and garden on the ground floor are one double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (these can be made up as double bed on request). Both bedrooms have direct access to a terrace and share a shower room and separate WC. A further ground floor double bedroom has large en-suite shower and has French doors to garden with easy step free access to small terrace. There is a separate utility room; washing machine, dryer and double sink. Linen and towels provided There are several south facing terraces to relax and enjoy the spectacular views and tranquility of this peaceful area. The Villa is situated at the end of a private drive and accessed through electric gates. The picturesque villages of Bonnieux, Lacoste, Menerbes, Roussillon, Gordes and Lourmarin are between 10 to 25 minutes drive away. The popular and picturesque towns of L'isle Sur La Sorgue and Fontaine Vaucluse are 30 minutes drive. The market town of Apt is 5 minutes drive from the Villa and has a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and boutiques.
