Surrounded by quiet bush land trails, the property is home to a myriad of farm animals including rescue donkeys and horses who are always happy to see you if you have a carrot in your hand! ### Features: - Large open plan living room with cozy combustion fire and split system air-conditioning all opening through large barn doors to the courtyard and the garden beyond. - Well equipped kitchenette with bench top portable oven, hotplate, microwave and fridge. - Comfortable queen sized bed on this level with quality linen - Enjoy watching the fire from the comfort of your bed ! - Good sized bathroom.(no bath) - The loft area also has a king bed that can be split into two single beds - ** Please request this at time of booking if required. ** - Lovely cool climate gardens and plenty of places to wander. - Covered verandah with BBQ and private terrace area.
