Heritage listed, circa 1902. The homestead Offers luxuries inside and out, with extensions that blend in harmoniously with the originality of this stunning heritage homestead. Beautifully appointed amenities with plenty of parking. Unimaginable valley and hill views surrounding the property. An entertainers delight with large dining table adjoining the kitchen seating 8-10 people comfortably inside and another table adjacent to this leading off into the courtyard area which seats 8 people. Also boasting a large stand alone umbrella for shade and sun protection. Up above the courtyard is a fire pit area for guests to gather and enjoy drinks by the fire. Wood supplied. The main bathroom vanities and brass tap-ware are beautifully crafted to blend in with the originality and charm of the homestead. There’s 2 decks off the bedrooms and master bedroom leads off to patio area with colonial doors. A stainless steel 6 burner BBQ is located outside in the patio area.
