The first floor features a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The second floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The farmhouse apartment is entirely on the first floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase. Here there is a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining area and well-equipped cooking area, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with shower and one guest bathroom. Access to the large panoramic terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. The owners live on the ground floor of this farmhouse. Location The property is in the heart of the Chianti hills, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods.
