Bodkin Cottage - Room 1

Bodkin Cottage is new. We welcomed our first guests recently. Bodkin Cottage, room 1 is part of a four bed roomed building. Each separate room has its own entrance and parking area. There is a queen sized bed and an ensuite in every room. The bed has an electric blanket and the room has reverse cycle heater/air conditioner. A television and bar refrigerator is in each room. We provide a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a welcome package consisting of breakfast items and snacks. From the verandah, Room 1 overlooks the beautiful gardens of Edgecombe Estate.
