Our single level 1,500 square foot home was recently completely remodeled and makes the perfect base for exploring all that Durango has to offer. The modern and exceptionally appointed residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located less then a mile from the heart of Historic Downtown Durango and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area. This residence has been finished with furnishings at the forefront of modern decor and an exceptional vision of an urban lifestyle that is commensurate with a small-town mountain setting. This homeis also just a few minutes walk from the Animas River Trail, Durango Recreation Center, County Fairgrounds and numerous restaurants and bars. If you do not want to walk to downtown, then simply take the Trolley that runs every 20 minutes and stops 2 blocks from the home. Bed Configuration: Master - King 2nd - Queen 3rd - Bunk Bed (Single over Double) The home is pet friendly and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, linens etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
