We are 5 minutes away from 540, US 1, and Hwy 64, with 20 min access to RDU. We happily welcome all guests of all backgrounds, including groups of family, friends, or business travelers. Come see why Apex, NC is repeatedly named the top city to live in America! Our 1314 sq ft home can sleep up to 6 guests, with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is an en suite, while the hallway bathroom is shared by the queen and twin bedrooms. All furniture is new and stylish, as well as all of the recent renovations! Our home also features WIFI, games, two smart TV’s, smart thermostat, a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, and fire pit! Downtown Apex is home to many unique and quaint shops and restaurants for you to enjoy! There are also a number of beautiful greenways and parks nearby where you can walk, play, and enjoy nature. These parks also include pickleball/tennis courts, and a disc golf course. For guests with younger kids/babies, we have a pack-n-play and booster seat high chair provided for you. Two cars will fit in the driveway. A specialized code will be sent to you before your arrival to enter into the keypad on the front door of the home. **Disclaimer** The driveway does have a decent incline, so we recommend backing your car in for easier access. Please take note that this property has a sloped driveway and a number of stairs leading to the front door of the home. Not recommended for those who are unable to maneuver these easily. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/EVENTS/LARGE GATHERINGS! This means **no other guests outside of the ones listed on your reservation**, no loud music, etc. We are very serious about this. The HOA will shut our listing down if this happens. Our home only fits two cars and this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with respectful neighbors. Please book elsewhere if you are wanting to host a party or large gathering (more than the number of guests on your reservation). The car limit for the property is two vehicles, and they must be parked in the driveway. Absolutely no pets or smoking. **Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.**
