Admire water views and beautiful sunsets from the front porch and the spacious balcony. Use the two provided kayaks to explore the harbor, then unwind in the private hot tub at home. Additional perks include a luxe kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a home office. The convenient location allows you to travel mere minutes to local shops, marinas, and golf courses. ** Please note the hot tub will not be available for guest use from October 2021 until Memorial Day 2022. ** LIVING AREA Detailed with a gas fireplace, the first living area offers an inviting social space. A desk by the windows in the office creates a sunlit workspace. Snuggle up in the second living area and stream Netflix releases on the smart TV. Vaulted ceilings soar, and large windows deliver an abundance of natural light. KITCHEN & DINING Sprawling marble countertops provide ample prep space in the kitchen. Modern stainless steel appliances include a double oven and wine fridge. Perch at the island bar for three as dinner simmers on the gas range. The table in the dining area seats six to home-cooked meals. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. A queen bed with hotel-quality linens promises restful nights in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a standing desk. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Start your day with morning coffee and water views on the covered front porch. After a beach day, rinse off at the large outdoor shower and dip in the backyard hot tub. Beginning in October 2021, the hot tub will be open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Make use of the gas grill on the patio. Gather on the balcony in the evenings to watch the sunset cast brilliant rays on Pocasset Harbor. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and two kayaks are provided in the rental. Parking for three cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. LOCATION Located across the street from Pocasset Harbor, you can walk to Barlows Landing Beach in just 4 minutes! Bring the provided kayaks for even more fun. Boaters will appreciate being a 2-minute drive from Scallop Bay Marina. Golf courses in the area include Pocasset Golf Club (2 miles) and Brookside Golf Club (5 miles). Drive 12 miles to Falmouth to dine at local restaurants or catch a ferry for an island day trip. Parking notes: While there is a garage, it is not going to be part of the rental. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
