Our home away from home is perfect for couples, friends, and families. A bright and airy 4th floor (roof-level) condo welcomes you with a well-equipped kitchen where you can make hearty meals or bake cookies and pie. We provide Brita pitchers in the fridge and Soda Stream to make your own sparkling water, or you can enjoy a warm beverage with our selection of teas and two coffee brewing options, Keurig or drip. Cook a meal on granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher to do the cleaning when you're done so you can toast marshmallows in our wood-burning fireplace and then cozy up to watch a movie on our smart TV, read a book, or play a game. Sit down to a meal at our large dining table, watch the stars through our skylight or enjoy the view from our private balcony. The first floor also includes a queen-size sofa bed allowing our home to accommodate up to six guests. When you're ready to head to bed, upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, two skylights that let in beautiful sunrises, and a flat-screen TV with cable and streaming options. Our second bedroom also offers a skylight along with bunk beds, including a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Both bedrooms have full-length mirrors and dressers. All rooms control their own heat and both bathrooms have heat lamps for your comfort. Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests, and 24-hour assistance is available. A private, outdoor ski locker is available to our guests along with free firewood. You can walk to Killington Mountain, just across the street, or if you prefer, Mountain Green provides a free shuttle to the Snowshed Lodge during the peak ski season. There is free outdoor parking. The parking garage is fully-reserved; however, for your convenience you may load and unload your car using the elevator and free luggage carts on level C. Our condo is located in the main building along with the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball and Wallyball courts, and fitness center (check the seasonal schedule below). Take the elevator right down to the on-site restaurant and ski - snowboard shop. There is a community laundry room on level A as well as 24-hour security. In the summertime, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool, grill, and fire pits behind Building 1. • Please note that the pool, sauna and hot tubs are CLOSED due to ongoing construction delays related to supply chain issues. At this time, we do not have an estimate for their re-opening. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this. • We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in. No one will meet you at the property. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to mid-March on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and vacation weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge. • The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2. • A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer. • Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators. • We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation. • The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the “taste” of well water. • Wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational at this time while we wait on repairs.
