Stay on the Sand at Mermaids Grotto in Carpinteria

Mermaids Grotto is a beautifully updated condo, directly on the sand of Carpinteria State Beach. It is one of eight condos in the building and has beautiful mountain view’s . The condo has a gated outdoor parking. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen that comes fully stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, and all your other basic cooking necessities down to plates, mugs and silverware. The living room is a perfect spot to relax by the fireplace, watch some TV and kick back on the large couch next to windows that look out at a gorgeous mountain view. The hallway closet is where you can find a stackable washer and dryer. The first bathroom is a full bath with a travertine bathtub shower. The first room has one queen bed and view of the mountains. Down the hall is the second room complete with an attached bathroom. In this room, there are two full beds, a TV, as well as a door which leads to a staircase down to the beach.
