This space is a 2300 sq.ft. basement. Refinished 2020. It’s huge! 6 beds available: 3 queens, 3 twins (these are in your open space) you can expand your guest list to 8 depending on how you manage beds. Child friendly! Business friendly- lots of work spaces! No parties. High speed Wi-Fi. 52” Cable TV & Blu-ray surround sound. Large entertainment sofas & chairs, bean bags, ping pong table puzzle table & dart board. You will have your own code to come and go as you please for private access to the entire basement. Very family friendly. No parties. There are 2 private bedrooms: 1 room has a queen bed, the 2nd room has 2 queen beds. There is a single day bed listed under “bedroom 3” but it’s not in a bedroom it’s in a hallway area. There are 2 additional mattresses that can be put in an open area if needed. Keep in mind, however, the entire lower level will not be shared with us but will be your own private space. Child friendly but child proof! Supervision required. There are toys and games and puzzles for your use. There are lots of comfortable workspaces for the business traveler. You have access to high speed Wi-Fi 300mbps download. 52” Comcast Cable TV & Blu-ray surround sound. There are large entertainment sofas and chairs, bean bags, ping pong table, puzzle table & dart board. Toys & games available in the toy closets. Help yourself. Guest access You will have access with the code I will send you to the Nest smart lock on the basement door. It will be active during your stay so you can come and go as you please.
