The home comprises a large kitchen / meals / family room with direct access to outdoor verandah, separate lounge with access to covered verandah, along with slow combustion wood heater, TV and stereo.  Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave.  Master bedroom with WIR and ensuite - shower, vanity and toilet, family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine.   Covered verandah surrounds home and is situated on a lovely private treed block with lots of parking, gas BBQ, outdoor setting and walking distance to beach. Additional features include:         Outdoor covered entertaining         Microwave         Dishwasher     Lots of parking        Walk to beach          Easter Weekend - 4 nights - Thurs 3pm until Monday 2pm Available for a minimum of five (5) nights throughout the High Season and a two (2) night minimum for the rest of the year. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, FUNCTIONS OR EVENTS or SCHOOLIES  Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a $50.00 charge deducted from your bond COVID CANCELLATION POLICY - Please check booking site for their cancellation policy.
