The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, 1 minute walk to beach and a couple of minutes walk to Main street Mornington. The house is secure at the front with electric gates, there is off street parking for 1 car, but plenty of parking in the street. The front yard of house features outdoor furniture and umbrella, and there is an outdoor shower (hot + cold) around the back of house for after the beach --(please - only sit on indoor furniture in dry clothes) Upstairs, the house has Open plan kitchen/dining. Kitchen has Island Bench with 4 stools, fridge/freezer with ice maker + chilled water and a microwave. Dining Table seats up to 10 guests. Split System Air Conditioning covers these areas. The Living Room has wall mounted Smart Tv including Foxtel and couch + chair. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a balcony overlooking street with large BBQ. Downstairs the property has another 2 bedrooms, a lounge with Sofa Bed (DB size), laundry with washing machine and dryer House has wifi. Bedroom Configuration.
