The front yard of house features outdoor furniture and umbrella, and there is an outdoor shower (hot + cold) around the back of house for after the beach --(please - only sit on indoor furniture in dry clothes) Upstairs, the house has Open plan kitchen/dining. Kitchen has Island Bench with 4 stools, fridge/freezer with ice maker + chilled water and a microwave. Dining Table seats up to 10 guests. Split System Air Conditioning covers these areas.
