Set across 1 deck, the vessel offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-plan living area, a kitchen, a dining area and an alfresco seating area. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. Spaces OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA The open-plan living area comprises a seating area, a kitchen and a dining area. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a 42” flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a cafetiere, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a wine fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and a five-burner gas hob. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 4 guests. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms offer storage space. The bathroom is fitted with a cabin shower, a separate full size bathtub, a toilet and a double vanity. Bathroom essentials are provided, including towels and toiletries. With regards to the central heating, kindly note that there are fin radiators throughout the boat. OUTDOOR AREA There is an outdoor seating area under the canopy at the rear of the boat, that is equipped with a fully collapsible rain/sun cover. The area can seat up to 6 guests and offers stunning views of the marina. This home is managed by ALTIDO London. Attractions nearby include Wilton’s Music Hall, the Regent’s Canal walking trail and river cruises to Greenwich. Tower of London and Tower Bridge are both local attractions (5 mins on DLR or 45 mins walk) and Canary Wharf is also nearby. Dining recommendations include The Narrow - Gordon Ramsay for modern British cuisine, Kirvem for authentic Turkish dishes and The Grapes for a quintessentially English pub experience. Transport Limehouse Station is a 5-minute walk away, servicing the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) - a driverless line connected to the London Underground network. The station also services c2c trains. If you’re travelling by car, the A1203 Limehouse Link Tunnel is just around the corner and there is pay-and-display parking nearby. Notes Kindly note that there are communal laundry facilities available at the Marina. Also, there are 3 standalone radiators available, as well as the fin radiators. Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 200 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us. House Rules - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - No candles - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost *Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. **Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
