Villetta L`Albero d`Oro is a holiday home in the countryside of Sava, in Puglia. It accommodates up to 11 guests. It`s equipped with an above-ground swimming pool and solarium, furnished gazebo, playground for children, parking area, outdoor shower and barbecue. Moreover, it`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, internet, safe, tv, hair-dryer, heating system. By the villa there are several equipped areas such as the above-ground swimming pool with furnished solarium, the playground with swing, the wooden house and table-soccer, barbecue area with benches, gazebo with sofas, patio with outdoor dining area. The villa is equipped with home automation. It opens into a well-equipped kitchen, divided from the sleeping area by a corridor. The first room is a studio apartment, with independent kitchenette, sofa bed for two guests and double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a four-bed room with double bed and bunk beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is a triple room with double bed, single bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.   The surroundings of Villetta L`Albero d`Oro in Sava Villetta L`Albero d`Oro is in the countryside of Sava, less than 2 kilometers away form the city centre. The closest beaches are Lizzano, Torre Ovo and Campomarino di Maruggio, which is 10 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - From 19:00 to 20:00 the owner accesses the garden to irrigate the lawn. - The garden is shared with an unity present inside the property.
