A few steps down to the fully equipped kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and a dishwasher, with small meals area and another large deck with BBQ and outdoor setting. There are six bedrooms in total - all with built in robes situated on different levels. Two bathrooms and powder room with the second bathroom combined with the laundry. On the top level is another large living area with amazing views of the Bay right across to Phillip Island, perfect for sitting on the balcony to enjoy the views with a glass of wine. Then on the lower level there is another living room, ideal for the kids. A front and back deck with BBQ completes everything you will need for a great family getaway. Only a short distance to the famous Somers General Store, Yacht Club, Coolart Wetlands and The Promenade having private residents only access. This property is the ultimate beach side location situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
