Return home for an outdoor kitchen cookout and a pleasant evening by the gas firepit. LIVING AREA Craft a drink at the wet bar, then relax on the sectional in the living area. When the sun sets, settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Let your culinary skills shine in the chef’s kitchen, outfitted with ample stone counter space and upscale Viking appliances. Gather beside a gas fireplace and smart TV at the eight-person dining table. BED & BATH This rental sleeps eight guests in four suites, each equipped with a smart TV. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, balcony, walk-in closet, and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in steam shower. Sleep soundly in the second suite, featuring a king bed and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The third suite offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth suite is outfitted with two twin-over-full bunk beds and the en-suite bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides an added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Your private tropical oasis awaits in the resort-like backyard. Take a dip in the pool (8’ deep), then enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub. Have a cookout in the outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, gas grill, and ample counter space. Dine alfresco at the covered table for six. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis (maximum two vehicles). The garage and driveway are not available for parking during your stay. The pool or hot tub can be heated for an additional fee of $100/day. (Please note that both the pool and the hot tub cannot be heated at the same. Guests must choose one or the other.) Mid-stay housekeeping can likewise be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your stay to arrange these amenities.
