We are on the 1st (top) floor. Very peaceful. Beautiful clear skies at night for stargazing! Bathroom with sink, loo and bath with shower over. All newly fitted. 1 king size bedroom and 2nd bedroom with 2 full size single beds. All beds have luxury mattress toppers, pillows and quilts. Loads of storage. Full gas central heating. Sky Q TV and Internet. Towels and linen provided (but please bring your own beach towels). Beautifully maintained communal gardens. 2 fab beach cafes within easy walking distance. 2 Pubs in the village - Tudor Close and Henty Arms. Outstanding Spanish restaurant and wine bar nearby, plus fish n chips and lots of other good dining options. Worthing 4 miles away with pier, amusements, cinema, theatre, swimming pool, shopping centre etc. Brighton 10 miles. Fantastic beach walks, and South Downs walk at Highdown Hill. Highdown also has a lovely cafe. Ferring Country Centre is in the village with farm animals, riding and garden centre. Pottery painting nearby. Arundel and Chichester nearby, as are other seaside areas - The Witterings, Littlehampton, Rustington and many others. Beach chairs available. Wind and kitesurfing nearby and paddle boarding.
