Custom built home on 7.5 acres tucked away in the woods with waterfront access to Harraseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor, great for kayaking! Located just 5 minutes from LLBean and Freeport's many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Wolfes Neck State Park and its stunning coastal trails and forests are less than a mile away. This cozy guest apartment has a king bed, a pull out sofa, a kitchenette, walk-in shower, and porch facing the water to provide the perfect relaxing coastal Maine experience! The guest apartment is connected to the owner's house but has a private entrance and is locked off from the rest of the house. You can enjoy your privacy yet we are close by to assist with anything you need. There is a patio with chairs to lay out on and we have 2 Sit-On-Top kayaks available for you to use down at the water front. Guests can access waterfront. 2 Sit-on-Top Kayaks available for use (life jackets available) Guests can have access to sauna. Guests can access the back porch and patio behind the apartment. Guests may use dog wash room should they be permitted their dog for their stay Guest have a basketball hoop, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs and petanque (bocce ball) set. Guests may have as much or as little interaction as they prefer! We are happy to assist with local knowledge, recommendations, etc. We do have a friendly dog who is often outside but plays well with all humans and other dogs. If we are in town, you may see him! House is on the Wolfe's Neck Peninsula less than a mile from both Wolfe's Neck State Park and Wolfe's Neck Farm. Home is located on 7.5 acres of private land with access to 300 feet of waterfront on Harriseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor. Perfect place to bring bicycles. There is plenty of space to store your own bicycles in the garage (please do not use owner's bicycles). Driveway is private and 1/4 mile long, so it is safe for young ones to bike on. Pets must be approved by owner. Nelson, our 4 year old Bernese Mountain Dog is super friendly and loves all dogs. We travel a lot, so if we are not be around, no worries, we'll make sure your stay is still perfect. Closets are private but you may use any space you find available. You may use drawer space you find available as well.
