Summary: This delightful and spacious family sized four bedroom home is situated close to the river and just a stone's throw from The South Lakes Golf Club. The beach is also just a 3 min drive up beach Rd.. Arrive to The Riverport Retreat and find the beds made with quality linen, some towels and soaps in the bathrooms. The Space: The home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, three with Queen beds and a fourth bedroom with two singles and a trundle bed. There is a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVD's and board games to keep the kids amused. There are two bathrooms. One connected to the huge master bedroom and comes with spa bath. The other bathroom is also very spacious with twin shower. Please note that all bed linen is provided as are bathroom towels such as bath mat, hand towels and face washers. Please bring your own bath( body) towels and beach towels. We can provide bath towels for an additional $30 total. Just let us know. Tea towels foe the kitchen are also provided. With permission your favourite furry friend can come too. Please not that while up to two dogs are allowed to accompany you on your holiday to The Riverport Retreat, it is very important that you let us know that you plan to bring your fur baby. An additional charge of $75 will apply. The Neighborhood: This house is ideal for families and couples wishing to have a holiday just walking distance to playgrounds, golf courses, cafe's and boating facilities. The main street of Goolwa is just a two min drive and popular Goolwa Beach and Bombora Cafe is 5 mins down the end of Beach Road. Wineries too are just minutes away. The Riverport Retreat is the perfect location for your South Coast holiday. Other Things to Note: Bring your dog on holiday with you too. There is a huge enclosed yard for them to run around in when not out at the beach with you. Please advise if you wish to bring your dog as strict pet policy applies. $75 pet fee charged separately before you go into the property. Outdoor dogs only. No Cats. Thank you.
