We are passionate and experienced hosts/owners with more than 15years in the accommodation industry! Behind the understated Victorian facade lies an architect designed home that sleeps up to 8 guests (3 large king bedrooms plus bunk bedroom with balcony). Experience this outstanding transformation as you enter into a generous hallway that reveals two spacious king bedrooms and downstairs bathroom / laundry featuring Asko washing machine & dryer. Enjoy our large open plan living dining including a modern entertainers kitchen with Smeg gas cooktop and oven, Miele dishwasher, Electrolux fridge and more. The lounge area spills onto a private decked courtyard garden which leads you to outside stairs to our a huge rooftop entertaining terrace complete with hanging egg chair and stunning city views. Tucked underneath the terrace sits the undercover lockup garage. We also have 2 bikes that you are welcome to use during your stay. Upstairs there is a further two bedrooms. The huge upstairs master bedroom has its own balcony offering stunning city views, the second upstairs bedroom features a modern adult sized bunk with extra long mattresses. Centrally and conveniently located between the two upstairs bedrooms is the main bathroom with spa bath. Further features include freshly ironed linen, polished floorboards, high ceilings, air conditioning and hydronic heating complete this stunning home for you to enjoy during your stay in Melbourne. WHAT IS INCLUDED DURING YOUR STAY All bookings include fresh bed linen, towels & teatowels, tea, coffee and longlife milk on arrival. Portacot & highchair, toys & books available at property free of charge. BYO cot linen. PARKING On street parking is available on Burnley Street or at the back of the property in Strafford Street. Parking permit gives you unlimited parking for one vehicle within 3 streets of Burnley Street. ACCESS You will be e-mailed confirmation information including directions for finding TWO FIVE ZERO and all access details including the keylock code. Arrive at any time after 2pm check-in and let yourself in via the pin activated keylock safe. Child Friendly ? YES but please ask as there may be some features of this property that may not be suitable for small children Cot, highchair & toys ? YES Pets? YES (*check with owner) * Occasionally we allow pets stay but I like to ask some question first for the comfort of your pet and the neighbours. No matter how tidy your pet is we also find there is little extra cleaning required so we also charge a small pet stay fee of $50. Wheelchair access ? YES access to ground floor of property but no hand rails etc in bathrooms. NB: Please note that due to our quiet neighborhood location TWO FIVE ZERO is not to be used for parties and that you keep noise to a minimum especially on week nights. Excessive noise will result in the loss of your bond. ACCOMMODATION When staying at TWO FIVE ZERO / RICHMOND the following are all included: - Cleaning (upon departure for longer stay cleaning can be arranged) - High-speed wireless internet - Tea, coffee, sugar & pantry supplies - All essential household items including soap, washing powder, tea towels and toilet paper - Hotel quality bed linen and towels TARIFFS - Corporate and Short/Long Term Rental. For your added security, this property TWO FIVE ZERO is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts Everyday rates for 4 guests: $299/night midweek; $330/night Friday, Saturday & Sunday Additional guests: $30/night/extra guest over the base 4 persons. No hidden costs! Security Bond: $900 50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Minimum Stays: We have a 3-8 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 nights within the month as a "Last Minute" stay. Payment via DIRECT DEBIT. 50% deposit if stay is more than 21 days away, otherwise full payment is required for confirmation. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays as listed below.
