AMALFIVACATION- Suite Principessina Pool & Beach

Our Suite includes a generously sized bedroom with sitting area, in-room bath-tub, modern bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette and large private terrace sea view with BBQ. Our guests enjoy the direct access to the sea and the access to our Infinity pool and large solarium. Each guest has his/her sun beds and pool towel. The pool is situated just across the street and 70 steps to climb and it's shared with the other 5 unitis of the compex. The pool is open from April 1st to the beginnig of November and is heated during the cooler spring and autumn months The direct access to the sea with bathing platform (100 steps to climb) is semi-private: shared with other 3 villas situated in the same location. Among the amentities: high speed internet access, air conditioning, a washing machine and heating. LOCATION Suite Principessina is located in Marmorata, the section of Ravello nearest the sea, and one of the most stunning and dramatic areas along the Amalfi Coast. Just 1.5 miles or 2.4 km from the town of Amalfi (no more than 8 minutes by car, or the same by bus from the stop a few meters away), Marmorata is the perfect location is to reach any of the towns along the coast and both Pompeii and Hercolaneum. Ferries for Capri, Amalfi and Positano leave from either Amalfi (the main town along the coast for public transportation) or from the small village of Minori, just a short 10 minutes walk or a couple of minutes by bus or car. Minori also has shops, grocery stores, sandy beaches, and restaurants. Parking space available for Euro 20 per day. BOOKING INFORMATION: Confirmation Policy : For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ the service fee) is required at the moment of the booking through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system. The balance will be paid on arrival. Rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability). Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM. For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm an additional fee of €30 will be charged. For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm the fee increases to €50. Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM. A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.
