Our unit boasts incredible ocean views PLUS access to all the amazing amenities that St Regis has to offer, like both indoor and outdoor pools, on-site restaurants, tennis courts, arcade, playground, fitness center and of course, PRIVATE beach access! You won't find a more perfect place to spend your next family vacation! The Space: The unit is perfect for your upcoming vacation! We're a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condominium. The living room is huge, with a great space to share family meals and enjoy those VIEWS! The living area boasts wood floors. Relax in the comfortable seating group consisting of a sofa which opens to a queen size bed and loveseat. Take in your favorite TV show or movie on the flat screen TV. Or maybe you’ll just choose to sit and take in that fabulous view! You’ll find this area a lovely spot to talk about the day’s fun while planning for the next day’s activities. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine relaxing on the oceanfront balcony as you listen to the waves crash against the shore and the seagulls chattering. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded new cabinets, natural counter tops along with everything you’ll need to prepare the family’s meals and snacks. A wet bar serves as a perfect coffee station. The convenient breakfast bar seats 4. The formal dining table seats 6 and is perfectly situated to take advantage of the incredible view. You’ll have the best seat in the house for every meal! You’ll find yourself lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean in the two bedrooms. The spacious master boasts a queen bed with a triple bunk bed and separate seating area, perfect for catching up on social media or just enjoying a few minutes alone. The en-suite bath offers an upgraded vessel sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and uses the hall bath with a vessel sink and tub/shower. Both bedrooms have private deck access and flat screen TVs It's all tastefully decorated with a gorgeous beach style to help you relax in those times when you're not at the pool or on the sand. This place is magical, and we can't wait to share it with you! Guest Access: Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. The Neighborhood: Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones! Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day. Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.
