Welcome to L'Atelier de notre Grand-Père! Come and stay in this accommodation with character, which can accommodate 6 people. Ideally located near the German border, the Rhine and Colmar, everything will be gathered to ensure you a most pleasant stay. The accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, as well as a terrace with a jacuzzi to enjoy a relaxing moment in the sun. Sheets and towels are provided. Opened in 2021, after more than a year of work, with the family history and the agricultural workshop built in 1929 as a starting point, which had to be completely rehabilitated, enlarged and fitted out. L'Atelier now offers you all the necessary comfort and more for an ideal stay! The accommodation The house is on the same level and has the following layout Day area : - Living room with corner sofa, armchair, connected television. - Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area for 6 people. - Fitted laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, storage, hoover. Night space: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with private shower room with Italian shower. - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), which can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm). - Shared bathroom with walk-in shower. - Separate WC. Outside : - Beautiful south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, HotSpring jacuzzi for 6 people accessible all year round. The whole is isolated from the courtyard by a screen. - Individual courtyard with private parking for two to three vehicles, with a charging point for electric vehicles, and a grassy area of 30 m². The whole is private and delimited by a property wall. Nearby The property is located very close to the German border, the Rhine and its tourist and cultural points of interest. You will also be a few kilometres from Colmar. Bakery and supermarkets 2 km away. Numerous shops in the vicinity, as well as a sports hall and a bowling alley less than 200 m away. Activities For your outings, leisure activities and visits, many excursions are possible in the immediate area, the Vauban city of Neuf-Brisach, a Unesco world heritage site, the Rhine, its canals and their cycle routes (including the Eurovélo 15), Germany, the town of Breisach and the surrounding vineyards.
