A cute two bedroom cottage tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac located on the fringe of Little Bay picnic area. With Little Bay beach virtually at your back door and Trial Bay Gaol, Laggers Point and the National Park being only minutes away. This cottage has recently been refurbished and has an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge that spills out through glass doors to the deck area. Relax on the deck in the outdoor furniture while you cook your dinner on the Gas BBQ. Two bedrooms the main with a queen bed and the second bedroom with a set of bunks and a trundle. Bathroom with a seperate toilet. The laundry is located downstairs with a washing machine and dryer. Located in the perfect position to go for a short hike across the headland. Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you. Little Bay is a secluded beach nestled between granite cliffs, just south of the headland near Trial Bay Gaol in Arakoon National Park. Pack your fishing gear for a day at the beach. There is the option for a leisurely lunch beneath the shade of the Paperbark trees at nearby Little Bay picnic area overlooking the ocean. If you're after some exercise, try the nearby historic Monument Hill walking track. If you're into bird watching, the nearby heathland is a haven for fantails, wrens and honeyeaters, while hawks, falcons and ospreys soar above the cliffs and forage along the beaches. Make sure you pack your swimmers, sun cream and snorkels as there are plenty of spots to go on a water adventure.. Quiet setting amidst nature and owned by NSW National Parks Wildlife.
