Quaint Cape Apartment on Bostons North Shore

Our home is located at the midway point between Boston and Salem; two tourist friendly Massachusetts cities. We are a 30 minute drive into Boston and a 15 minutes into Salem. By foot our home is a short two block walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the commuter rail train station. By train you have access to downtown Boston, downtown Salem and may other historic coastal towns. There is so much to see here during your stay! The space Here you will find a beautiful New England cape style home; small and quaint. Our recently renovated home is in a small upcoming neighborhood. We encourage guests to make themselves comfortable in the first floor apartment which has its own entrance. Gabby and Scott, the owners, live on the second floor in-law suit completely separate from the rental unit. The apartment includes a full kitchen with all new appliances, full bathroom, living room with a big comfy couch and two bedrooms. You will find plenty of house plants throughout the unit. We love them! The apartment door has a Yale key-less locking system for easy self check in as well as a nest thermostat. The property has a small fenced-in backyard with Adirondack chairs, large sun umbrella and twinkle lights. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement and available for your use. Additionally there are two beach cruiser bicycles (helmets NOT included), four beach chairs, and four beach towels. Free on street parking in front of the house. Check in is 3pm and Check out is 11am we can be flexible with these times if you let us know before your arrival and as long as we don’t have another guest arriving that same day. Other things to note We want to make it very clear that this is not a party house. We live upstairs and are looking for respectful individuals to share our home with. We are always available to answer any questions you have. However, most importantly, we give our guests privacy they desire and space to enjoy the home. We look forward to your stay here!
