The Space: Set on the back of a large double block this Holiday home offers ample space for you to park your boat and still leave somewhere to play backyard cricket. The outdoor Hot water shower is a winner in all seasons. Guest Access: You have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided around midday the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys. The Neighborhood: Picturesque Sandy Point beach is a pleasant 5-minute walk away near the general store. Shallow Inlet, famous for wind surfing and fishing is a short 5-minute drive. Other Sandy Point recreation facilities suitable for children and families include the mini golf on the foreshore, the Surf Lifesaving Club, Children's Playgrounds, Tennis courts and a half basketball court. Numerous recreation and relaxation facilities are within reach such as golf courses, bush walks, fine restaurants and of course the South Gippsland's popular wineries and art galleries. Accessible to both Wilson's Promontory and South Gippsland the location makes it an easy drive to the popular Squeaky Beach, Waratah Bay, Inverloch and Port Franklin. Unless otherwise stated, you must bring your own linen, which includes towels, sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, face washers, beach towels, bathmats, and hand towels.
