It offers a fully equipped kitchen open onto a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. All modern comfort is available (wifi, coffee maker, oven, microwave, hotplates, smart TV...). All linen (bedding and towels) is provided. Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers. The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it. In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied. In the 11th district of Paris, this apartment is located between the Place de la République where you will find no less than 5 metro lines and as many buses and the marsh where you can feel all the vibes of this historic district and also find all the stores and art galleries as well as a multitude of cafes and restaurants. For the gourmets, the district abounds in pastries, each one better than the other. You will be just a few steps away from the red children's market, in the rue de Bretagne, well known to Parisians. A few minutes walk away, you can also enjoy the elegance of a ballet at the Bastille Opera or go to the famous Ile de la Cité. For music lovers, the Père Lachaise cemetery is only a few minutes away.
