Less than 20 minutes away is domestic travel hub Proserpine / Whitsunday Coast Airport, providing connections to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. International travelers could potentially use Cairns Airport as their arrival point, but being several hundred kilometers away, a transfer to Proserpine is best if one wants to avoid a very long drive.
