The villa is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning (from end June to end August), dish-washer, oven, safe, balcony or private courtyard. It also has a pool with bubble bath (from June to mid-September) and some parking places (to be requested on booking). Free WiFi also available. The promenade of Viale Dante (300m) and the promenade of Viale Ceccarini (500m) are nearby. Beach is only 150 m away from the holiday home. Riccione is famous for the perfectly serviced beaches, the spa baths, and the water parks. The famous water parks, Aquafan and Perle d'Acqua Park are 3 km and 2 km away respectively. Small pets accepted on request (extra charge). The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures.
