Villa Madreperla is a newly renovated small villa on a single level plus a large and comfortable solarium with a wonderful sea view, and large outdoor spaces available for our guests. It is situated right in front of the Procchio Gulf, in a quiet and slightly elevated position, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The property is near the small Guardiola beach. Procchio beach, which is well known for its fine sand and Posidonia, is only 150 meters away. These are ideal beaches where you can relax sheltered from wind; their shallow waters make them also safe for children. Downtown Procchio is just a short walk away. This lively town offers all essential services, a bank, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. The beach is equipped with sailing and motor boat rentals, sunbeds and umbrellas, windsurf, diving, cafés and restaurants. Villa for 6 guests: The villa is at about 150 meters from the wonderful Procchio Gulf. It consists of a living room with TV; an American style kitchenette (with four gas burner stove; oven; refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher); a bedroom with a double bed; another room with two single bed and a large one with four single beds; two bathrooms with shower. Outside, a large outdoor space with gazebo, table and chairs and on the second floor a big solarium overlooking the wonderful gulf of Procchio and barbecue. Modern and comfortable furniture; parking space inside the property. Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, included. Air condition: € 150,00 per week. Final cleaning: € 180 (to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over). Linen: you can bring your own bed linen or reserve them for € 20/person (to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 300 (to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over). Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00 (to pay at arrival).
