The exclusive property consists of two twin villas with swimming pool and garden, in the heart of Salento, in Matino, near Gallipoli and Ugento. The Rooms are on the basement floor of the luxury bed and breakfast. The rooms are furnished with high-quality elements and equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, private bathroom with large shower, tv, hair-dryer, linen and towels and internet. There are 4 units. There are 8 double rooms (4 standard and 4 superior) accommodating up to 16 guests. The two villas of the B&B are divided by a staircase. The property is entirely fenced and safe. The rooms are independent and share the living room with tv and sofa, which is adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen. The B&B is equipped with accessories such as washing machine, tumble-dryer, toaster, microwave oven, blender and mixer. The surroundings of B&B Villa EraGea B&B Villa EraGea is in a residential area of Matino, on the hill named La Pineta. The city centre with its amenities is 2 kilometers away. Moreover, there is a lovely old town centre with ancient churches and beautiful buildings. The b&b is close to Casarano, a lively commercial centre, that is 3 kilometers away. The beaches of the area of Gallipoli, such as Baia Verde, are 13 kilometers away while the seaside location of Torre Suda is 16 kilometers away.    - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Shared Pool available from April to October. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Rooms are on the basement floor. - Breakfast included from 8am to 10 am. - Shared Garden, barbecue and washing machine.
